Apex jigger is made out of stainless steel of heavy gauge with structure of stainless steel. Tank has a unique design for reducing liquor ratio. All rollers including main rolls are made from pipe with mild steel shaft inside. The side walls are also made up stainless steel. The main roll is driven through AC motor & controlled with AC drive.
